Mycah Serrano kidnapped to Poland by his mother

Hello my name is MYCAH and I am a 6-year old boy who has not seen his daddy or his brother in over 18 months. Here is why….In the middle of the custody battle in the U.S. Mycah’s mother decided to take the law into her own hands. She abducted her son from the United States and took him to Poland. Mycah’s father filed with the U.S. State Department a petition under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The petition was then forwarded to the Polish Central Authority. Incidentally, the left behind parents who are a part of the Children Kidnapped to Poland organization need your help to make Poland – also a signatory of the Hague Convention treaty – to fulfill its obilgations!

4-year old Mycah was abducted to Poland in 1999 by his mother Joanna Rozycka. Since then, his father Gerardo Serrano is trying unsuccessfully to recover his son using the Hague Convention treaty.
