Hello, and thanks for checking out my Birthday Wish!

For my birthday on May 25th, I’m asking my friends and family for a special gift: help me raise $1000 for Support INTERNATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN’S DAY -MAY 25-. It’s a great cause that supports the INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR MISSING & EXPLOITED CHILDREN (ICMEC) which is based in the United States but helps all world-wide countries find their International Missing Children.

I chose Support INTERNATIONAL MISSING CHILDREN’S DAY -MAY 25- because my sons, Alexander & Christopher Watkins had been illegally abducted by their non-custodial mother on March 6, 2009 and are STILL missing now after over 2-years. Continue reading →

Epidemia uprowadzeń dzieci z/do Polski rośnie.

W maju ubiegłego roku otrzymałem email’a od p. redaktor  Agnieszki Niewińskiej z gazety Rzeczypospolita następującej treści:

Witam,

Gwoli wyjaśnienia. Piszę tekst o tym, że przybywa spraw w trybie konwencji haskiej, a będzie ich jeszcze więcej bo wielu Polaków w ostatnich latach wyjechało z kraju. Konsulaty są zalewane pytaniami dot. konwencji, na forach internetowych pojawia się wiele postów w tej tematyce ( jedni piszą, że im dziecko porwano, inni, że porwali i chcą je zatrzymać). Chce pokazać, że to poważny problem, z którym polskie sądy sobie nie radzą, a nie radzić będą sobie jeszcze bardziej w miarę jak spraw będzie przybywać. Continue reading →

Russia to sign the Hague Convention treaty;self interest major factor

As more information is surfacing, it is more and more clear that the Russian government’s motivation is based on self interest, and not the genuine willingness to change its predatory behaviour. The neo-communists of current Russia have finally concluded that they will gain more than they will have to give up (anyone willing to bet, how “independent” Russian judges are going to implement the new law?).

Well, here is what the “Voice of Russia” had to say about the newest change of hearts by the Russians:

Nigerian children do not deserve Hague Convention protection:Are UK judges racist?

As the Children & Young People Now reports, the UK appeal court decided that the Hague Convention reasoning’s have no matter in a recent case of children who were abducted from US to Nigeria. They justified their ruling, which in essence condones the action of abducting mother, with a “bigger good” of the children. Would they rule if she was…. of a different race? Continue reading →

One Japanese mother gets it:her child was abducted to Czech Republic.

Some Japanese mothers have discovered the proverbial “what’s good for the goose, is good for the gander” experience. Unlike most of the Japanese society, these mothers want their government to join the Hague Convention treaty to fight international child abductions.
In the latest article published in Japan Times Natusko Fukue reports on some mothers pushing government of Japan on signing the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abductions:
