What two days can bring! It is simply amazing.
Up till not recently, the pages of Gazeta Wyborcza [let me call them GW from now on] were infested with articles of a yet another “poor” (but pretty and naturally Polish) mother, who “decided to return back to her native Poland”, and later to be “victimized by heartless judges” who decided to go against the popular wisdom, and had ordered the return of “returning” Crystal (now Krysia) back to Cyprus, to her “evil” father, Craig Michael. One point of order was to prove that Marta Swiniarska, the mother turned kidnapper, was the victim, and Craig Michael, the father living in Cyprus, was the villain. No problem there.
Since 2011, when the abduction took place, and later, when the Polish ZOMO member-turned-detective-with-no license-turned-newest-Casanova-for the-low information-voters-hero tried and failed to kidnap the second daughter, a.k.a. Krzysztof Rutkowski, GW was constantly beating the drums of the “poor-but-pretty” mother side. There were articles documenting the entire court battle as if it was a Roman arena with gladiators and chariots inside, and the judges pointing their fingers down, to sacrifice yet another victimized “lamb” to the inhuman lust for blood crowd. It was such an easy material to sell Continue reading “Gazeta Wyborcza is back paddling on the “poor mother, who lost her children” story; changed to “Why did she have to lie””
Polands Krzysztof Rutkowski promisses kidnapping of children from Cyprus. What will Cyprus authorities do with this self proclaimed “defender of mothers”?
Krzysztof Rutkowski is a very well known “celebrity” in Poland. He is a shady character – old guy with fast cars, young women (or is it the other way around?); you know, a grotesque character. A man who took part in a few child re-abduction cases all over the world, which brought him some fame in Poland. Many of his “rescue” missions border on illegality in my humble opinion – like case of a girl, whom he helped to abduct from a foster family in Norway, and became country’s instant hero (I actually applauded him for this, because I am disgusted with Norway’s regime abuse of families, and human rights of parents).
Rutkowski also admitted, that in 2011 he also tried to abduct the older sister from Cyprus, but he failed. Maybe it is time Cyprus should send an European arrest warrant for him, and few people from his “group”. He clearly doesn’t understand how serious criminal activity he is engaging in.
According to Polish Continue reading “Krzysztof Rutkowski, former communist militia apparatchik, turned detective, turned common criminal, turned child kidnapper: I will re-abduct girls from Cyprus”
Little Crystal, a girl abducted to Poland by her mother, reunited with her father and sister in her home in Nicosia, Cyprus, after a rescue action in Opole, Poland.
Hallelujah! It took only a few hours for the truth to come out about the alleged “kidnapping” of an ….already kidnapped child by a Polish mother from Opole, as it was reported yesterday. In today’s follow-up article in its local edition, Gazeta Wyborcza reports, that the girl who was originally abducted to Poland two years ago, was recovered by a private organization who specializes in recovering abducted children. The action was based on a Polish court ruling under the Hague Convention proceedings from last year.
As the translator working for the father, Anna Juszko, explained – both the court in Opole and the local police WERE NOT ABLE (I say – not willing) to enforce the previously issued order and to recover the missing child of Graig Michael. Finally, the father was forced to use the only possible way – to ask for help an organization who specializes in recovering missing children under the Hague Convention treaty. They were successful and the little girl Crystal is already back home in Cyprus, happily joining her other sister and the rest of her family. Surprisingly (NOT!), the police department in Opole is still

Foreign father decides to take the law into his own hands, and take the kidnapped daughter back to Cyprus. Police in Opole seems to protect the original kidnapper against the order of Polish court; why?
A few hours ago, a 3.5-year-old girl was rescued by her father from Cyprus. The girl was on a walk with her grandparents, when (allegedly) 3 people used pepper spray on the grandfather to take away the child. This is a case that I already wrote about in the past. A polish mother decided to “return” with one of her daughters back to Poland. Her decision was later recognized by Polish courts as an illegal act according to the existing international law.
As Gazeta Wyborcza acknowledged the existing legal situation, it still continues to call the act of recovering abducted earlier child, as …. “kidnapping”? Let’s not forget, that a newly promoted as a victim mother was (allegedly) hiding her daughter from the court, police and the father, to prevent the execution of lawful court order issued in POLAND. Total circus!
I simply cannot understand that the police department that was responsible to find the child in the first place, now talks about abduction, and uses non-applicable law to find the father. It seems to me Continue reading “Opole: A girl abducted by her Polish mother from Cyprus rescued by her father.”
