Here is a Youtube video from the Canadian House of Commons, where  rep. Jinny Sims petitions Canadian government to expedite the case of  Stephen Watkins and his missing/abducted children, Alexander and Christopher Watkins (Ustaszewski).
It seems that the Polish Courts found a way out to keep the children in Poland, even after the abducting parent was initially order to return the child back to their homes abroad. After a 3rd instance appeals have been removed by the Polish legislature for the family disputes (divorces, custody cases, Hague Convention cases…), the Polish judges of the regional courts feel that ignoring the Hague Convention Law is a valid option, and … they (the judges) are not afraid to use it.
Andreas Serghides writes about his lost daughters to an abduction by a Polish mother, and corrupt judicial system. Another victim, another crime, but Polish judges and authorities seem to be deaf and blind to the real problem.
It's a holiday season - Christmas, Santa Claus, presents, egg nog, etc - but forgive me if I don't feel festive. It has been five (5) months since the District Appeal Court in Gdansk has issued its final ruling on my Hague Convention application to return the children to USA - and my children are still in Poland! One would think that it's impossible. How can it be?
